CONSTRUCTION
Made of carbon steel with epoxy or entirely stainless steel finish. Extremely robust construction with a large number of molded components to reduce the risk of weld cracking.
INTERNAL COUNTER-CONE
Available in a domed or conical shape. Adjustable height to adapt to several products particle size.
SEALING GASKET
It seals the gap between the bin cone and the vibrating part, thereby avoiding retention points and/or product stagnation. The gasket is built with a process of extrusion and heat-sealing; it withstands temperatures from -20°C to +100°C and is fully certified for food contact. The punched gasket is easily replaceable in case of damage.
ELASTIC SUSPENSIONS
An adequate number of suspensions can bear an elastic deformation equal to 5 tons. The elastic deformation is restricted and known, and prevents the sealing gasket from stretching and therefore getting damaged.
VIBRATION MOTORS
Mounted on a sized and reinforced support. Masses are adjustable on graduated scale. Insulation class F. Protection IP 65. Atex on request.
