PNEUMATIC CONVEYING SYSTEMS IN DENSE OR SEMI-DENSE PHASE FOR FLOUR AND/OR GRANULES
Pneumatic conveying is based on the principle of fluidization of the product in stream of air flowing along a conduit. It is deemed the most rational and flexible system for the handling of powders and granules for flow rates up to 50 tons/h on flour basis.
LONG DISTANCES
The system of pneumatic conveying is ideally suited for the handling of bulk products over large distances. Conveying can be horizontal, vertical, ascending or descending.
TORTUOSITY OF CONVEYING TRACK
The product flows along a small diameter pipe with a virtually unlimited number of curves and deviations and unlimited possibilities of creating circuits even in small or cluttered environments.
HYGIENE AND CLEANING
At the end of each transport cycle the conveying line stays clean without leaving any product residue that may undergo an alteration process. No contamination between products in subsequent transport cycles. The circuit is perfectly airtight and air/product separation takes place with the help of self-cleaning bag filters which guarantee the absence of dust and therefore of environmental pollution.
EASY MAINTENANCE AND GREAT RELIABILITY
There are few concentrated maintenance points. It is easy to schedule maintenance and ensure that the systems can be used with a very high degree of reliability.
FLEXIBILITY
Pneumatic conveying is the most flexible handling system ever. Thanks to its structure, it can be changed or expanded very easily and often requires very short production stops. The system expands and changes according to company's needs.
