PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy Policy (art.13 EU Reg. 2016/679)

In compliance with the provisions of art.13 EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data) we provide you with the necessary information with regard to the processing of the personal data provided. 
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person (such as name, surname, date of birth, address, e-mail and telephone number);

 

1 - DATA CONTROLLER, pursuant to art. 4 and 24 of the EU Reg. 2016/679, is Cristiano Torre SrL, in the person of its Legal Representative, who can be contacted at the e-mail address amministrazione@torre-eng.com ..

 

2 - DATA PROTECTION OFFICER

Pursuant to art. 37 of the GDPR, paragraphs a) b) c) and to the Guidelines no. 243 of WP 29, the Data Controller deems not to fall within the cases in which a Data Protection Officer (DPO) needs to be appointed, and therefore will not designate a Data Protection Manager.

 

3 - PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUNDS OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness ex. art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679, for the following purposes - navigation on this website [legal basis: legitimate interest art. 6 paragraph 1 lett. f)];

 

4 - RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided will be shared with recipients, who will process the data in their capacity as managers (art.28 of the EU Reg. 2016/679) and / or natural persons acting under the authority of the owner and manager.
Specifically, the data may be shared with:
- subjects in charge of the management of the information systems and communication networks, including e-mail, and website management.
The subjects belonging to the above categories are responsible for data processing, or operate in total autonomy as separate data controllers.

5 - DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION AND GUARANTEES

The personal data provided will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union. The personal data provided will not be disclosed.

 

6 - DATA RETENTION PERIOD OR CRITERIA TO DETERMINE THE PERIOD

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and manual form, with methods and tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, by subjects specifically appointed for this purpose.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 lett. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679 the personal data collected will be kept in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed.
The retention of personal data provided depends on the purpose of the processing:
- navigation data: current session; see Cookies Policy.

 

7 - NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT AND REFUSAL

The navigation data are necessary in order to allow navigation on the website, the user is free to accept or disable all cookies, including third-party cookies.

8 - THE RIGHTS OF THE PERSONS CONCERNED

You can assert your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller at the e-mail address amministrazione@torre-eng.com . You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data controller for access to your personal data and to ask information on their processing. You have the right to rectification, erasure of the same, restriction of the processing. Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, such as profiling) and the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting to the lawfulness of the pricessing based on consent before of its withdrawal. In the case of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and readable format, using an automatic device. Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial appeal, if you believe that the processing of your data violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Supervisor.
