BELT CONVEYORS
PERFECT BELT CENTERING
CENTERING PROFILE
The belt is equipped with a special heat-sealed centering profile which is placed in a slot on the sliding surface and on the pulleys and ensures perfect centering even with reversible operation.
MODULAR DESIGN
The machine is completely modular and its construction simplicity allows to make adjustments over time to adapt its length and characteristics to the evolution of its use.
Load-bearing structure made of press-folded stainless steel sheet with satin surface finish or of powder-coated carbon steel .
QUALITY BELT
High quality O-ring welded belt with specific cover, suitable and certified for contact with the product being conveyed.
All materials are certified as non-toxic, according to FDA.
Belts approved by 'British American Tobacco' and 'Philips Morris' for the transport of tobacco leaves or fine-cut tobacco.
Stainless steel side runners with flexible end flap that ensure perfect side seal. Track rollers supporting the return strand through non-stick disc in order to avoid product deposits. The rollers are mounted on ball bearings.
TRACK ROLLERS SUPPORTING THE RETURN STRAND
The support of the return strand is implemented thorugh non-stick surface discs which prevent product deposits.
The rollers are mounted on ball bearings.
DRIVE HEAD
Crowned pulley mounted on oscillating supports.
Sew Eurodrive gear motor drive keyed to the shaft.
Motorized pulley unit on request.
The features of the control pulley as well as those of motorization are calculated by means of a dedicated software.
TAIL BELT
Tail pulley mounted on oscillating supports.
Screw adjustment system for belt centering and tensioning.
BELT SCRAPER BLADE FOR CONTINUOUS CLEANING OF THE BELT
Belt scraper made of polyzene which ensures perfect cleaning of the transport belt. The operating pressure is adjustable up to 2 x 15 daN by means of Rosta elastic components..
