VIBRATION CONVEYING
OSCILLATING SUPPORTS
The oscillating body of the machine is installed on special elastic supports. The vibration is absorbed and returned by means of inserts of 'Rubmix 10', an elastomer in natural rubber that acts both as a spring and a shock absorber with incredible advantages in comparison to traditional systems: absolute quiet operation, virtually unlimited duration even in the absence of maintenance and with unaltered functional characteristics as well as vibration isolation at 99.99% thanks a its natural frequency below 3 Hz.
TWO CONTROL VIBRATION MOTORS
The conveyor is equipped with two vibrating motors. Eccentric masses are adjustable on graduated scale; IP 65 protection level with tropicalization; body made in spheroidal cast iron; roller bearings; terminal board made of Insulating material and equipped with anti-bending cable gland for protection of the output cable; drive shaft in treated and ground alloy steel,ATEX version on request. Power largely sized from 0.04 to 7.50 kW.
CONVEYOR TROUGH
Made of press-folded stainless steel sheets and sized according to the specific use needs. Length up to 9 meters - Width up to 900 mm.
TROUGH COVERING
On request the machine can be supplied with covers that can be easily removed thanks to special locking tools.
ABSOLUTElY QUIET OPERATION
NO VIBRATION TRANSMITTED
The perfect distribution of the masses during the design stage ensures absolute absence of vibrations.
We guarantee that a pencil standing upright on the body frame during operation will remain balanced.
